Born and raised on the South Side of San Antonio, H. Dave Sanchez grew up in a hardworking family where discipline, grit, and integrity were passed down through generations — a legacy that still drives the way he practices law today.

A proud United States Navy veteran, Mr. Sanchez served as a Legalman for the Navy and Marine Corps Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) offices, where he supported military attorneys in delivering justice around the world. His passion for law and helping others continued when he earned his Criminal Justice degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, followed by serving the community as a Dallas Police Officer — gaining firsthand experience on the front lines of the justice system.

He later earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, then returned to Texas to serve as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Comal County. After prosecuting cases and standing up for victims, he transitioned to private practice, where he could represent individuals on a more personal level.

Mr. Sanchez also worked at a high volume personal injury practice, gaining valuable insight into complex injury cases — but ultimately chose to start his own practice to give clients the personal attention they truly deserve. He now brings more than 20 years of courtroom experience to every case he takes — whether it’s fighting for the injured or defending the accused.

From car crash victims to clients facing criminal charges, Mr. Sanchez knows what’s at stake and never takes that responsibility lightly. His approach is simple: every case matters, and every client matters.
